Women In Agile Nigeria Virtual Conference 2020

We are excited to launch the Women in Agile Nigeria Chapter, the first ever in West Africa.This event is designed to create awareness and promote Women in Agile global initiatives in Nigeria and its neighboring countries. The half day conference will provide connection, motivation, networking, inspiration and harnesses the collective wisdom, experiences and energy of inspirational women in supporting and giving back to our growing women community.

Deema Dajani

Draws on a Startup background and an MBA from Kellogg to help large established institutions create the environment to shape disruption with business agility. Starting her Agile journey in the early 2000’s, she played various roles from Product Manager, Director of Strategy, to pre-IPO turn around leader. Deema transitioned to advisory where she led some of the largest transformations to business agility and lean portfolio management in the Financial Services and Insurance space.
Co-founder of the Women in Agile organization a nonprofit organization focused on breaking barriers and inclusivity in the agile community.


Kate is a seasoned Agile professional, having played every role on an Agile team over the years: Developer, QA, Scrummaster, Product Owner and Agile Coach. She is the Director of Local Programs for Women in Agile where she helps Women in Agile communities around the world grow, thrive, and advance the WiA mission. In her day job, she is a Sr. Product Owner with NSS Labs building automation to test the world's security products. She can be found on her ranch in Texas with her husband, dog and 3 donkeys where she enjoys learning new hobbies like knitting and playing the guitar.

Folusho Gbadamosi

Foluso is a Business and Technology Professional who currently works at Prime Atlantic Group as Director, Business Process & Technology. She views technology as a catalyst for personal, business & national development and is very involved in building the technology ecosystem in Nigeria and Africa at large.
She is an Executive Council member of Women in Business, Management & Public Service (WIMBIZ). She also serves on the Board of Directors of Swift Networks, Cousant Technologies, KudaBank, the Advisory Board of Zest Concierge Services and Skool Media.
Foluso is highly enthusiastic about improving the welfare of humanity, seeing people walk in their purpose and being change agents to transform societies. In 2013, she co-founded a non-profit organization, Serving with Love (SWL) where she currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees.
Foluso has been recognized by several organizations as an inspiring Woman in Technology & Business. In 2018, Foluso was recognised as one of the 100 Most Inspiring Nigerian Women by Leading Ladies Africa, after being nominated as “Career Woman of the Year” by Her Network in 2017. She was recognized by Guardian Woman as one of the Impactful Women of 2019.
Foluso holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh and a Masters degree in Information Systems Technology from George Washington University. She holds a Certificate from the Yale CEO College, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a Board Ready Certificate from the IE Business School.
Foluso is a mentor to countless young professionals, lives in Lagos and is married with two children.


Princess a 24-Year Old British Born Nigerian. She Graduated from the University of Westminster with 1st Class Honours in June 2017. She is an IT Internal Auditor by profession and recently completed the ACCA Accountancy Qualification. Princess is also heavily involved in Local Politics and was Elected as the Youngest Councillor in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham in May 2018, aged 22. Princess was also appointed the Chair of the Councils Audit and Standards Committee where she brings her financial accounting/auditing background in providing an independent and high-level resource to support good governance and strong public financial management to the council. Leadership is at the core of everything Princess does, she is an Alumni of the Powerlist Foundation & Accenture Leadership Programme and is actively involved with her church youth group – RCCG The Masters Sanctuary. She is a recipient of the Universal Peace Federation (UPF) 2018 Young Achiever Award, recognition and celebration of her significant impact in grass-root politics in the UK and in 2019 was awarded ‘Young Politician of the Year’ at the Nigerian High Commission. She is passionate about giving back to the community and has been involved in many charitable causes and is a Trustee of the Pennu Charity for the elderly. She is a social activist who has led and participated on campaign against Gun and Knife crime, Mental Health Cuts and Invisible disability access.

Councilor Princess Bright


Arc. MoyoOgunseinde, BSc, MSc Arch (UCL), MNIA.

MoyoOgunseinde is a chartered Architect and real estate development executive with over 18years of experience and accomplishment in managing and developing substantial real estate investment portfolio.
Her experience spans design, consulting, construction, development and project management of a wide range of various large-scale living accommodation blocks, associated leisure facilities in industries including hospitality, commercial and residential sectors in Nigeria and West Africa.
She serves on the Board of Anchorage Leisures Limited, a hospitality company, Wavecrest College of Hospitality, Gymnastics Federation of Nigeria, a trustee of the Lagos State Sports Trust Fund as well as the board chair of the Lagos State Gymnastics Association. She is a member of the Eminent Focal Group of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG), Nigeria’s foremost private sector – led think-tank. She also has a passion for the art, culture and impacting her community through sports development.


Simi Fajemirokun is an educationist, entrepreneur, development specialist and politician. She is the founder of Acropolis Consulting, a business management consulting firm in Abuja, Nigeria. The firm specializes in helping clients develop and improve their operations at its peak thereby being more efficient, effective and financially profitable.
Empowered with a BA in international relations and politics from the University of Reading, United Kingdom; she holds certifications in Leadership Development Program, International Negotiations, and Project Management. Simi founded ESFAJ & partners, a management-consulting firm that has led large scale projects across state governments and has helped federal ministries build capacity to deliver policy programs successfully.
She recently ran for office for the House of Representatives for the Abuja North Constituencyunder the All Progressive Congress. Although the APC primary elections were rendered inconclusive, she ran one of the most inspiring campaigns around the country.

Dr. L. Nneka Mobisson

Dr. L. Nneka Mobissonis co-founder and CEO of mDoc, a digital health enterprise which integrates proven methodologies in quality improvement, data and behavioral science with web and mobile-based technology to support people to manage their chronic health needs and live longer, happier and healthier lives. Prior to founding mDoc, Dr.Mobisson was Executive Director for the Africa Region at Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), a leading global health organization focused on healthcare quality improvement, where, through her leadership, IHI dramatically expanded its efforts at building sustainable change in healthcare delivery systems in Africa. While at IHI, Dr. Mobisson led the co-development of national healthcare quality strategies and policies in priority African countries. She also served as PI for large-scale quality improvement initiatives integrating quality assurance and health system leadership capability building efforts which leveraged facility and population-based approaches to augment sustainable transformation. She currently serves as faculty advisor at IHI where she provides strategic guidance to countries on developing national quality policies and strategies inhealth.
A pediatrician by training, Dr. Mobisson was previously Vice President of Community Health and Population Health Management at the Connecticut Hospital Association, where she provided leadership to hospitals in the area of population health management and value-based care. At McKinsey & Company, she worked primarily in the area of strategy development for payers and providers, healthcare IT, and pharmaceutical companies. At the World Bank, she worked on investing in private health care in resource-poor countries and developing the health care strategy for Africa. She has also worked at Merck and Co., CDC, and SFH.
Dr. Mobisson earned a bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, her MPH from Emory University Rollins School of Public Health, her MD and MBA from Yale University and completed her Pediatrics residency at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. She is a 2019 Ashoka Fellow, a 2019 Forbes New Wealth Creator, a 2017 Cartier Awards Finalist, a 2014 World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, a Yale Associate World Fellow and is on several boards and advisory councils including the International Society for Quality in Healthcare ISQUA Expert Group, Ubora Quality Institute, the World Economic Forum (WEF) Africa Regional Strategy Group, WEF Young Global Leader Advisory Council, the Yale PreDict Research Advisory Group and the Phillips Academy Andover AlumniCouncil.
